Why is it that you can't post something on here with hopes of making new freinds having a good time and doing what we love without someone turning it into a matter of opinion? Always some sort of bs starts because one person has no idea what they are talking about and needs to just keep their typing fingers stopped and move on

Oh,you can post anything you want (as long as it's not defamatory or libelous.) If you're looking for people to rubber-stamp everything you say, though, that ain't happenin',ever.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

There's one starting up in Niagara after the end of the deer season ... I'm already entered . !
Can hardly wait to start thinning out that invasive species!

I find it funny how people can be against a coyote contest... really? everyone who posted and deer hunts likely throws their money in the pot for their local deer contest, OMW, etc etc and then worry what the anti's think of a coyote hunt...
Coyotes are a threat to house pets, livestock and potentially people... there is in theory, more reason to run coyote contests then deer. I dont yote hunt and never have but the more guys i see smashing yotes the bigger my smile gets. helps when im in the stand or ground blind and see more deer and turkeys then the previous year

We downed a deer in this years controlled hunt @ last light. We gave the deer the usual 1hr to expire as we usually do. When we found the deer the Coyotes ate one hind quarter. Gone are the days of backing out & coming back in the morning if it was a questionable shot. The deer will be consumed by the varmints by morning.
I will be back to my bush in January to take care of that problem...

Highvalley, are you guys advertising anywhere locally?
I have asked about 10 people I know from Shelburne area if they know about this contest....None of them had a clue....Lots of coyote chasers around this area....Just trying to get some more competition
