The real story is that Earnest got himself untied and got himself to the hospital under his own power. Seems that he is one very tough dude.
As for the guy that did this... one could only hope he misses an intersection and collides with a bus

Because we all know he won't get what he deserves from our courts.

I have a better idea, send him to my place instead of the courts, guaranteed he won't do it again.

I think that a little corporal punishment would go along way to help with re-offense. But alas we are a "civilized" society. Animals that do stuff like this and worse are not very civilized and should be treated as such.

When he is caught he should be taken to Pettawa and they get to chat with him for 1 hour.

That is absolutely brutal, no words to say. Not sure how anyone can do this to someone of this age, the fact that he is a veteran just adds to it.

What is wrong with people these days? This is very disturbing to think that this guy would do this. Unfortunately we are hearing stuff like this to often. Time to set an example and hopefully send a message that people won't put up with thugs. Hope they catch him and he falls or breaks his legs during the arrest cause we all know the courts will be lenient
