Impact, your post said, " OPP Leaders...." This investigation has absolutely nothing to do with OPP leadership ! However, the revelation that Walsh was a Liberal candidate in the last election certainly explains the unprecidented anti conservative adds the OPPA ran. Sounds like a major conflict of interest there ! As posted earlier, none of this reflects on the OPP as an organization, and certainly not the rank and file. However, Bain, Christie and Walsh have some real 'splainin' to do, not only to the RCMP investigators, but to the OPP command as well as the OPPA membership....

I started to read because it said OPP leaders. When I looked at the actual report I saw that it SHOULD HAVE SAID "union leaders" That's when I closed the article.....

The infuriating part is when people read this stuff and take it as "gospel" without reading the whole article or checking facts. Some people just can't think for themselves and believe everything that they read thinking "It's in the paper,so,it just
has to be true." The scary thing is these people
vote.

Trimmer....something is haywire with your first quote...Bushmoose definitely did not post that.

I see that. I don't know what happened. I'll delete the post and check back. Thanks.

Has too much time on their hands
Big Union leaders skimming off the membership to line their own pockets? Who ever heard of such a thing?...

I replaced the posters title with a direct cut&paste from the title of the actual article.
I remind members of Rule 5 (which we all agreeed to when signing up here).
Rule 5. When posting articles or news stories only the URL to the article, the title of the article and the source will be accepted. Due to copyright laws we cannot copy and paste the actual content of the story into our forums.
Notice it says "The title of the article".
