Hmmm... and I always thought it was a Bugs Bunny costume required to hunt coyote!

Bugs Bunny is stronger than Superman. Ever see him get hurt! Nope, Bugs is impervious to damage.
We might as well indulge in some humor given that this thread is going sideways with opinions that are oblivious to the facts.

On a serious note, people please just read the regulations and understand them. There is a big difference between asking for a clarification and outright misinformation

There is only one time your only allowed one gun. And that's waterfowl. That's the only time it is stayed one gun per hunter. Or hunter/apprentice. Bow hunting for deer also stays you can't bring a gun. However it doesn't say you can't being multiple bows.

I can't believe this has rambled on for eight pages. For God's sake, someone please call 705.755.2000 and ask to speak to Enforcement. You'll have your answer in two minutes, and most importantly, it will be coming from the folks that will be potentially laying the charges in the field.
IMO, If I went turkey hunting with a friend who decided it was time to blast away at coyotes while I'm sitting for turkey, there would be a 15 minute blast of solid profanity from me, and it would be the last time I turkey hunted with that person. As a trapper, I see them as a valuable furbearer, and see no logic in taking the animal unless the pelt is prime. Predator/varmint argument aside, there's some major ethics in this picture too. The coyotes have recently whelped. No living animal deserves to be intentionally starved to death, I don't care if it's a rat. Nothing deserves that. I don't see an inhumane act like that as being acceptable collateral damage for saving a predated deer fawn. Learn how to put up fur well, then shoot them in mid-October, to the end of February, when the pelts are worth $55.

Ye I have seen bugs bunny get hurt, killed actually. It was on Family Guy, Elmer filled him up good and then snapped his neck. It was hilarious. Also saw the coyote get roadrunner on different episode of same show, funny stuff

March sale from North Bay. NAFA sale was even better, with a $55+ on eastern section 1s. I averaged $58.70 on the 22 I sent in. All were Nov - mid-January coyote. After this they start to rub, and prices will drop.
