    Default Latest Shootings in Canada

Listened to the noon hour news and heard we have shootings here in Canada right here in Ontario.
One dead in London , 3 arrested and 2 found dead in Kitchener.
There was also 1 shooting in Calgary.
Unfortunate but it does happen, yes you do not have to live in the U.S. with it's many gun owners for it to happen .
It is an unfortunate that we have a crumbling society with a low esteem for human life , there are more of these shootings happening in the U.S. because their population is almost 10 times what ours is .
    U.S. pop. in 2014 -318.9 million verses ours in 2014 @ 35,540,400.

It would just make sense, ten times more of everything including crime.....
I got to think that stress has to be one of the biggest factors in committing those types of crimes

Awful event in London. 14 year old noticed his cell phone was missing. He used his locator app to find it. When he approached the car and asked for his phone, someone shot him dead and left.

I sure hope they find the 3 suspects soon ; those are dangerous men.

sorry- edited to 18 years old

But if the Truedope gets elected, between him and Payette this will never ever happen again in Canada. They tell us they can do this with" circumcision" lmao so it must be true, honestly they believe this and expect everyone else to follow the dumb leader and jump off the cliff with them. That my friends is the gospel according to Truedope and his band of mentally unstable cronies!!

Come on now fratri, STRESS, I am not trying to be smart, but. I am quite sure you , me and hundreds of others on here have dealt with stress on numerous occasions, without resorting to violence. No money for bills, food, personal issues etcetera etcetera. We work through these issues and prosper and become better people. Iam always amazed at how quickly some people blame society at large for people's woes. Lay the lame where it belongs, right at the front door not on everyone else. If I got in trouble growing up, I didn't get sympathy or coddling from my parents. I got chastised and was told to fix it. Don't blame anyone else, blame yourself first and take a look in the mirror, then fix it as fast and best as you can.

Hence why if for some reason one want to look at things here vs things in the US.

Stands per capita are important. In this case.
Gun deaths per 100,000 or gun murders per 100,000k

Statistically at least with respect to gun deaths which includes suicides, accidents, murder etc.
The US is an outrider, off the charts relative to most comparible western societies....aka dirty bath water.

So, this is how you also explain that roughly 100 kids under 14 died every year in the state by accidental gun discharge?
