Tried on the Internet for 40 minutes couldn't get purchase window to come up. But just managed to get into draw using telephone at 11:59pm.

Wish their website functioned properly to avoid headaches like this.

The online system worked smoothly my wife at 10pm last night. Sure it wasnt a problem with your browser or computer?

Most government computers HATE Google Chrome and FireFox. I had trouble,too,but,when I switched to IE,it worked OK.

I don't know about that. I use Chrome with no issues at all for both Ontario and Alberta systems.
