Has too much time on their hands
In my quest to buy a a good used ATV, I settle on Suzuki King Quad, Honda Foreman, or a Big Bear. I ended up with a 1993 King Quad 300 4X4 I bought 3 months ago. Great little machine, perfect for the trails I ride, like you the mud bogs, or anything requiring me to get off the bike is out of my comfort zone. This machine has a back up pull starter with decompression lever, so if the battery dies...I can still get it going. Paid $1400.00 cash with ownership. Never go wrong with the older carburated stuff...

I'm sure there are more than a few out there being used at camps / farms etc that may have been paid for, but might not necessarily be cold to the touch. LOL.

Thanks for everyones replies. I have read a few reviews on the bike and they are mixed. As I said, I'm just looking for a camp bike. A little running around with the trailer, getting into my deer blinds and maybe a short road trip once in awhile? The wife can also use it to go down the road to visit a few friends. I've still got my old quadrunner to pull wood out of the bush and plow a bit of snow. I'll see the bike tonight and decide.
So how'd it go Bushmoose? Haven't heard back from you so I assume you didn't go for it?

I went to see it. Liked what I saw and negotiated what I thought was a decent price, then bought it.
It is in very good shape. Clean and no damage whatsoever to the plastic or underbody. It's been stored inside since new (one owner) and used at his cottage that he recently sold. 1800 kms . I hope to get a few good years out of it and feel it was a good deal all around.
