Right on!! But probably a bit too subtle for the reactionaries on here to comprehend!!

And
Anybody have an idea what would happen if the other 2 went to the end with the hole?
Carry on.
That's right you Liberals are so much smarter than the rest of us. What were we thinking ! The Ontario province is in wonderful shape.

Speaking of subleties, I suppose it might be a little to subtle to say um, yes we are all in the same boat, and no that wasn't lost.
Some are faring better others (the middle class working stiffs) or those in their pet city (the GTA) vs those outside and or Northern Ontario, or those in their pet Unions vs low hanging fruit in PS (nurses, MNR, others) or many in private and I might also ponder why it is.
If as you say Harold we are all in the "same" boat
A) whose fault is it? Why, that would be the governing parties and those that support them despite the mess they've created So um you were saying? It is someones fault or did it all just happen by magic?
B) If we all are in the same boat why is it all aren't feeling the pain equally? See…..so much
So um, so much for snappy comebacks and yeah obviously the shoe fits you if you can't see "that".
That um yes, we all are in the same boat, yet Ms Wynne and the Liberals………Have spent billions and billions buying votes…jack squat for rural Ontario and job creation and the peons (those bailing the boat)….AND have done everything they can to make sure their pets don't get pinched by layoffs and cut backs…And more that could be said (growth in the Sunshine list?), raises for PS while the peons in the bottom are seeing layoffs and if lucky 1.5% versus say um
3% signing bonus for Hydro One
3% Raise
2.7% in stock
Just last week alone
And those would be those two chaps….
13.5% for the OPP
Teachers…….
and more
Leamington or other towns crushed by layoffs?
/crickets
Funny you didn't see "that".

Is that the best "you" have Kicking frog?
So lets run with what you said we missed "that we are all in the same boat". Perhaps you would care to explain how you missed some facts, that while yes we are all in the same boat……there are obvious how shall we say it…priorities from them and some.
Have you missed the fact that while MS Wynne was spending billions on say the GTA…Northern Ontario, rural ontario got Jack?
And who would you Blame for the various scandals, brain farts and more for the mess if not them?
Santa Claus?

Maybe you still blame Mike Harris?
Look, I don't care who anyone typically leans towards be you L/R/Center.
But when so much has occurred be it political corruption or scandals like E-Health, ORNG, GAS Plants and so much more is well documented and has various economic boards, economist or think tanks ripping them knew ones Or it has Rating Agencies down grading them yet again.
the proof is in the pudding all over the place if you just care to "look".
And there is so much more that might be said. Are you really prepared to say for example they have tried to mitigate job losses and more in Rural Ontario (some is their fault for Hydro)…
See Wine Sippers in NoTL get 75,000,0000
See Leamington getting $200,000
See so much
Or take for example doing very little about the economy and only now really focusing on infrastructure(too bad we are broke now having spent it on fluff and have to have fire sales) versus say obscene raises and hand outs for friends?
What are we all we all in the same boat?
Northern Ontario?
What have they done for them…say versus for the GTA?
How anyone can pretend otherwise, or simply not accept things. There are all kinds of problems, all kinds of prices being paid by people, real people who can't afford this inept bunch and those who put them there.

Like always for good or bad the money goes where the votes come from..... End of story you can go on and on but we all know that is the truth.

You seam to be having difficulty following the arc of the thread. The cartoon was put forth and misrepresented. Followed by much the standard fare. Basic grunts, scratching and head bobbing. I pointed out an alternative, more grunts.
And again, as a public service announcement, just because I poke holes in the standard political leanings here doesn't make me _____ (fill-in the blank).
I frequently disagree with what you say but often you will put forth well thought out arguments and present them well. This isn't one of those times.
Make sure you have finished speaking before your audience has finished listening.

If we really want to know the cartoonist's meaning we need to know where it was published. That would make it immediately clear. There is no unbiased media
