THE BEST TIME OF THE YEAR IS APPROACHING.
We'll be on the phone tomorrow in force tryin to get a few of those surplus. We normally hunt in pairs and this invalid calf moose tag sure will be restrictive if one wants to venture out a little.
Even a couple cow tags will cover our azz.
My moose decoys were redesigned over the winter and the functionality is greatly improved. Just need a bull to see it!
First I gotta get bear outta the way. The excitement level is building. Put 5 bear baits out and all 5 are hit. All boars from small to large but no heart stoppers yet! NO SOWS-NO CUBS! Yowza!
If you keep doing what you've always done. You'll keep getting what you've always got!

Good luck as well. Double check your access roads before you go. Some guys I know were up there last fall and their road was a huge washout, ended up turning around and coming home. Not sure of the road name.
