“Because of a pile of stuff that is going on there I am obviously frustrated with the progress,” OPP Commissioner Vince Hawkes told the Star.

While Hawkes declined to assign blame for the politically sensitive case being in limbo, he insisted it’s not the fault of his investigators.

Hello, wasn't it the OPP who after being called in, in early December.....And having heard the tapes....In January said "No evidence of wrongdoing".
And it wasn't until the tapes went public.......that they changed their mind and....

So which is it.
Door #1) Did the OPP try and hope to sweep it under the rug
Door #2) Did the OPP not hear what we heard? Did the OPP hire a bunch of key stone cops.

Theres no real wiggle room or door number 3.
Su um yeah, no matter how its sliced its "your fault".

This investigation should not have been handled by the OPP. Since when does a police officer investigate his/her employer ??!! This clearly should have been handed off to the RCMP.
The Commissioners comment makes me believe that the investigators are getting interference from the players ! Not that this corrupt bunch haven't done that before !

I may have said this some place before,but,no doubt,the "word" has come down from "on high". Woe betide any Judge or JP who even so much as entertains the thought of processing any information that will lead to charges against the "inner sanctum". This NOT rocket science to anyone who has ever served in the public service,especially with law enforcement.
