optimal colour for vanes ?
just wondering what others have found to be the best colour of vanes when recovering an arrow/bolt in the field,
saw a review on BassPro where one guy was regretting buying bolts with white vanes, obviously no good if there's snow on the ground,
going to get some replacement bolts this week and the above got me thinking about what colour to pick

I have 1/2 dozen fletched in white with white wraps and once the snow hits I've got 1/2 dozen with green flechings and green wraps
I much prefer the all white set up

White before the snow. Helps determine what what organs I've hit. After the snow flies, I use fluorescent yellow, same reason and easier to find in the snow.
