The backroad maps and the outdoor solutions maps are both great (and easy to use) tools. I've never been able to figure out the crown land maps either

Thanks for all the help it's been very useful I am now looking at going into an area near bear and lalonde lakes north of port Severn if anyone has been to that area before any info on wha the landscape is like or animal populations it would be helpful

Ive located a spot that I want to hunt now my only problem is looking at google earth it is all canadian shield and Im having a hard time finding a place to park the car does anyone have any thoughts? It is located just south of s gibson lake rd(33) and hwy 400 on the west side. Right around lalonde lake

can you post a link to the area on google maps or email it to me, I'm pretty good at reading the photo's. Sometimes thought you just have to drive the dirt roads to you find an area.

little bit off topic but i have been using the crown land atlas and i have a quick question. on general use land that does allow hunting would you also be allowed to sight in/ pattern shotguns on that land provided you have a safe back stop and clean up after your self
