Those sleds transport great...slid in the back of the P/U...hold all the gear. Then drag behind the ATV, don't even know they are there.

I like the practical aspect of the extractor...but if you like said, your 20-30 minutes of trail back to your truck, that buck dragging back behind you will be in less than stellar condition

However, it sure looks like a handy piece of kit for some scenarios..

You might find that the extractor rides a little low on rough/wet surfaces. If we cannot get a small trailer to the moose, then we tie the head to the rear rack and load up the front one for steering. Two people can load most deer on the rear and carry it out if there is any decent trail.

The main thing is to drag any animal head first, the way it was designed to travel......

I see the game carts on sale in Cabela's. Are they worth it? I use the plastic toboggan as well. Hard on the toboggan though!

We just lift the head off the ground and tie to the back rack. Havent ever had an issue

Ditto here... If you really want to be fancy and you're dragging a moose, let out about 15ft of winch cable, run it on the underside of the ATV, loop it once-around the chest of the animal and lightly tighten the tension. This prevents the ATV from doing a wheelie and forces the front end down.
