It would appear that this is being driven by an "anti-gun" Mayor with an agenda. Again,here's another politician equating the criminal use of firearms with the hunting community who use firearms responsibly. He needs to be shown that they're mutually exclusive in that one has ZERO to do with the other. It's time he was given an attitude adjustment.

I asked the By-Law officer, exactly what pbonura said above.
Essentially did not want to cause confusion until passed by council.

I have also be in contact with the city and the lady I spoke with said the target date to include the report regarding the City's Discharge of Firearms By-law on the Planning Committee agenda is May 17th. If the report is ready for this agenda, a copy will be available for viewing on May 11th.
