She's Italian you think she'll tell us the recipe?
So far all I can get out of her is
The pigeons you shot.
Garlic ( lots by the smell of it )
Make Alfredo
Brown breast in pan
Add Alfredo
Simmer on low heat
..

Half cook your meat (pigeon, chicken, veal, pork.....) and take it out. Add mushroom to the pan and fried them in butter (30 gr+), add garlic if you'd like, and when it's cooked add the whipping cream (1/2 liter or less) and let it reduce in medium heat until it's tick..... Add meat, salt and pepper.
If it doesn't get tick enough, add butter.
And buy some good bread to clean up the pan.
I really like chicken and veal in this sauce.

Sounds good, but I want to see you try to steal a recipe from an Italian.
I was going to take lots if pictures and give a step by step post but she ran me off.
