I had only one GM truck and it was a piece of junk. I no longer support truck companies that were bailed out with tax payers dollars. It's a matter of principle.

But Hyundai doesn't make a pickup truck? Any company who does, borrowed government money in one way or another in 2009 to stay afloat.
Great contribution to the thread, by the way

    Toyata didn't.
Anyway, I had a Chev Silverado that started burning oil at around 140,000km and had to replace the engine at around 200,000km. Rings were shot in three of the cylinders. That truck was the biggest piece of crap I ever owned. Anyhting that could break or fall apart on it did.

Stating a fact and i do whatever suits me. The GM truck I had was a piece of junk with well under two hundred thousand Kilometers. Sold it off as a parts truck.

I am still waiting for KIA to come out with a pickup but may be waiting a long time. I am very happy with my 2012 KIA OPTIMA and have just over 190 km and just changed the brakes at 182km. I may go for a Nissan pickup spring of 2017.
