Sounds like you need to pick up a copy of the regs, read them and then read them again.........don't take this the wrong way, not trying to be a dick just seems you need to familiarize yourself with the regs, it is all in the book (or in online summery of regs). Yes it can be confusing but reading it a time or two will really help you out instead of trying to get your answers off of unknown people on an internet forum (they are not always right but think they are).

Absolutely nothing vague about this statement ; ""If you were part of a group, your group was not successful."

Maybe vagueness wasn't the best word to use... All I'm saying they know I'm part of a group, because they said the group wasn't successful... so why not just say "Your group was not successful".

Maybe it should say "LOSER" .. No soup for you and nothing behind door #1 or door #2 ...
As a consolation prize you get (drum roll) A CALF TAG!
But it can only be redeemed during the 2 week gun season.
If you're a bow hunter .. HAH! thanks for the $60 donation to the Wynne gov't ...

You are correct!

BUT who in their right mind is going to go out during GUN SEASON with a bow and hunt for a calf!

Fishing season is in also - about a silly as casting for calves!

Oh and lets not forget that while carrying your bow during GUN SEASON you will need to wear hunter orange too!

A big part of bow hunting is getting to wear camo and going stealth.

Its just crazy this whole moose draw. Our area almost trippled in tags this year so we put 14 in as group. No need to put in individual we thought....no sense tryin to draw more then one tag with so few available. We just like to get together once a year and have a blast. And as was brought up earlier in this thread if you only bowhunt and you dont draw a tag you should get your money back....less a small processing fee. We apply to colorado every year. If we dont draw a tag we get our money back. And its not from may to august either! We apply in april and have either tag or refund first week of june.

Guess next year all 14 as individuals .......draw more than one tag....so be it!!!!
