Wondering how fast they grow. If inch or 2 in dia how long before it to late harvest? I got a couple last year that were about 14" across and still nice and white.

Once they get going they grow pretty fast, but there is no standard size. Some get huge and stay white while others might only get 6" before they start to turn. I generally don't take a chance and pick them smaller if I can.

I don't think it's been cool enough yet, at least around here. I like to see below 50° at night along with cold rains. Not that I wont be checking anyway lol.
