Maybe what we need to do is every time a cop is killed ( no matter the persons skin color ), we all need to get on busses and protest and riot. We can go loot and burn down stores and houses in all the big city in the country.

I'm really concerned about what happens after tens of thousands of LEO's resign en masse as to who municipalities hire to replace them. Hiring protocols in the US are obviously pretty lax as it is. If thousands need to be hired and trained in a short period of time,they can only get worse.
