Carbon Tax increases NOT put on hold

Surely the Conservatives don't need to be embarrassed again in a ring, the last boxing match should have been enough.

Erin O'Toole is not gong to make it, he can't even get consensus within his own party from everything from abortion to a carbon tax. He has no policies he can articulate to Canadians, is dead boring and very little hair.

Gilroy, yeah its kind of "crazy". One other huge difference between Nat Gas and propane.
LNG: prices are regulated....To avoid huge swings and volatility.
Prop: un-regulated so prices can soar over night. I don't recall the year, but it was a few before we moved here. People were paying $1,000/month to heat their homes.


The only time I ever heard of folks paying $1,000.00 to heat their homes or do anything including almost nothing was then Ontario Hydro went off the rail's years ago and were sending folk's up north outrageous Hydro bills they have never racked up and stealing money out of their direct deposit accounts and then refusing to reimburse them. Of course this was the Hydro one that was supposed to have been sorted out by Mr. Harris. Who is not busy sitting on nursing home boards causing more disasters.

Have a look at the tax load put on you after the COMMON SENSE revolution in Ontario. The biggest rip off ever in Ontario history by the Golf Pro. What did he give us MPAC everybody to this day is getting ripped off, Hydro Reform more rip off,
he fired 39,000 hard working Ontarians, downloaded costs to Municipal Government,........

Did some light googling. It occurred in 2013. I recall that $1,000 number because a few people in articles at the time (which I read in 2015) were saying that. large familes/houses? Don't know.

Do know, it was a big thing, because when I seriously started researching cost and trade-offs of making the jump, I was crunching all kinds of numbers. What forced air electric would cost and assuming that would continue to go up. What baseboard electric, Oil Propane and even wood or wood supplement. Came across those articles when I was researching over 2015. Am I surprised people in the city never heard of the crisis? No, I mean..........when does life outside ever really become big news...And do note, I include myself in that.

The last boxing match saw the Liberal Majority Government be reduced to a Minority, which relies almost completely on the NDP Socialist/Communist support. I don't think Turdeau did well at all ... major erosion in his voting base.

Second ... did you read what I said ... I said "Taxation ON IT'S OWN won't work well." Furthermore in my second point I agree that penalizing bad behavior is one way to fight climate change ... so I don't understand your question ... why are you assuming I'm saying 3 won't happen?? You just can't tax people and then spend the money on Liberal pension funds ... all that will happen is the cost of goods will be increased and so will salaries (inflation) to compensate ... you HAVE to put ALL that money back into projects (install more energy efficient equipment, more renewable energy projects, etc) for there to be a real impact to CO2 emissions.
