Unfortunately no Conservative is going to win an election if that is one of the main issues discussed because 10% of the population does 90% of the talking and finger-wagging and they also get the media coverage. And anyone on the right side of the spectrum gets vilified for representing the views of ordinary people like us.

    Economic and security issues first.
Don't expect society to accommodate them? Their rights, as a human being? Wow.

Imo if public facilities, and workplaces can be forced to to make places accessible to those with physical differences. They can be forced to do the same, for those with chemical differences
The difference of somebody taking estrogen is by choice, not being forced upon. No workplace has ever been forced to build facilities to occomodate such individuals. In fact I do know first hand of an Ontario workplace who was pressured by an individual to do exactly that. This was only in the last 3 years. The company told the individual, no frigging way, you use men or women, we are not changing, end of story. The individual involved, had a sex change and made sure all employees were notified and demanded the company to occomodate by building new facilities for said individual. The company said no and made it ĺoud and clear, they are not occomodating.

Well, first one needs to decide if all cases of a transgender, would be transgender etc.....................is a choice. Or a matter of biology, and thus, is it really a matter of choice?

I liken the "debate" in many ways, to mental illness. We all get and understand physical ailments, yet for some reason get uncomfortable and down right intolerant of people suffering from things as simple as anxeity.Or physical handicaps. It wasn't all that long ago, all the above were part of the short bus....No? And while we've made a lot of strides accommodating those with physical conditions...............................

So you don't care about the rights of an underage girl being forced to use the same facilities as a man dressed as a woman....wow.

If you don't care about the rights of that man, dressed as a woman, to have his own washroom...wow. That's disheartening.
