Taking responsibility is not following through on a campaign pledge. Taking responsibility is owningsomething that doesn't work out as planned, doing something wrong, something blowing up, etc. That's what adults do.
Not sure what your issue is Terry. I refuse to believe your really that "dumb". You just can't accept your golden boy has screwed things up or does wrong. Are you a paid schill? Because even some or a lot of my very Liberal friends are not happy with his/their performance. They still won't Con, they are died in the wool Liberals, die hards. The kind of people that are big problems these days whether R or L wing. But they can admit he's screwing up badly. Your taking "fan bois" to new levels

I think most fair minded Canadians basically ask the question "Would Erin O'Toole or Jagmeet Singh have performed any better? and the answer is NO. Bearing in mind that we have players like Doug Ford and Jason Kenney who by all account's have made a dog's dinner in their effort's to handle this crisis.
I think that is why there is no big rush to "bring down the government" by anyone, the reality being Justin will get right back in again, especially with a kindred spirit now running the White House.
But don' take my word for it just because I predicted the result's correctly in our last two general elections. LOL

TRUMP was responsible for operation fast track on vaccines and delivery to Americans.

If that was operation fast track I would hate to see the results of operation slow track. Pretty hard to blame Biden for job loss as he has only been on the job a very short time.
