Just hang onto those profits...you may need them when the judge orders payment of damages

We're adequately insured. Thanks for caring. LOL.

I'm not sure who the plaintiff would be. We tell the client. The client tells us. If they don't we don't do the work.

I do run a business although not a retail one. We explain to prospective clients that our team is vaccinated and we will require the same of any direct client contacts. This has actually helped business as I've taken two contracts now because competitive bidders wouldn't disclose.
can i just ask why others need to be vaxxed if your nice and safe with your vaxx??

what difference does that make to you?

    im curious?

Legal advice suggests a declaration of vaccination status be included in the contracts. Although unlikely I'd prefer someone representing my business not infect an unvaccinated client who is at greater risk of dying or ending up on a ventilator.

so, correct me if i read this wrong, but essentially you are denying customers who are not vaxxed, because you dont want yourself (or your employees) to infect them with the virus?

should it not be the other way around if you are thinking in those terms?

It goes both ways. I want my team to be protected and I want clients to be protected too.

Pretty sure we are all well aware that the vaccines (or whatever you want to call them) aren't 100%. I know you know this, so what is the point of playing dumb here?

The vaccine is almost 100% effective at preventing you from getting really sick and requiring hospitalization. From reports I've read the majority of the 'breakaway cases where the fully vaccinated get Covid, it results are what can be best described as a cold (sore throat, runny nose etc.

So what is the rationale for the fully vaccinated to be so afraid of being in contact with the un-vaccinated?
