personal attacks or name callin’ is never in order. Describing one by their actions is just a matter of fact. No differant than calling a conservative for exporting conservative ideals.

I'm a little less concerned about the 23 than the 300 plus guest online. Would like to know from them why they choose to lurk in the shadows than participate in the open.
I know when I took to lurking it was more from other members harassment than any admin/mod actions.

Well there might be a hundred reasons why guests might "lurk" as you put it, I can give you many right off the cuff. They do not have time to post and are busy with daily life, they come on here just for information. They could be new to hunting and fishing and feel they cannot right now contribute to the forum.
Some of them might not like the "debate" and prefer not to partake.

As a moderator have you had these lurking guests CONTACT you and tell you they are afraid to come onto the site because of the so called other members harassment? You see what we consider DEBATE you might consider harassment.

So now that you know some of the many reasons why you have so many guests WHAT ARE THEY GUESTS OFF, answer THE FORUM.

What is in the forum they want and desire, I would imagine a good guess would be CONTENT.

How do you get CONTENT, I imagine a good guess would be from the MEMBERS.

So now that the MEMBERS contributions are down, you know those pesky MEMBERS FOR LIFE designated by your own administration, not by us, guess what pretty soon no guests as there is no NEW CONTENT.

So if stealing money or painting yourself up in face colors to demean others is in my opinion a racist and weasel move am I allowed to label that person a racist weasel and thief without blow-back on this site when I become a mod?
