Looking at the stats for Vaccinations and here is a chart we are pretty much the last in the world.
Thanks to Trudeau and his not knowing how to handle responsibility.

From all accounts many companies came forward to develop vaccines but when their proposals were examined they could not produce. This Calgary company had not fully developed a working vaccine. The issue was not to 'develop' the vaccine...it's because Canada does not have a facility to could be licenced to make an approved the vaccine.
